Tuesday 07. October 2008 Another step done for the extension Casa Calfelor

With pleasure we can tell, that we have done it, to build a 1:10 model of the roof in the Casa Calfelor, the one we want to repair pretty soon. A lot of patience therefore was needed and the red coloured hair, both creators have lost after the well done work. Then we can say with combined power, that we took another step, to give the hospice new ways to live.

Speech at the topping-out ceremony:

With grace and permission,
now listen folks, attention,
i want to speak with care!

The work is done,
the roof truss is standing,
wind blows above him.
He should live night and day!

Our hospice needs place
for many travelling journeymen,
here are chevrons, bars, cross-ties,
for another treasure.

A big truss with lot's of space
lies ready in the dark
and it waits allready long long time
to awake out of its dream!

This model, made with hands
of the carpenters, with blood
and sweat. It makes courage,
that we can realise the dream.

We say thanks, to our friends here,
who give us a lot
to live for,
blissfulness, sun, wine and beer!

All journeymen for the next year
success, destiny and power,
because then it will be true
and for all who come it's there,
the place to rest.
